Apple releases latest firmware update for second generation AirPods Pro
Apple has released a new firmware update for the second generation AirPods Pro, with build 6B34 and version number 6.1.34. This update applies to both the Lightning and USB-C versions of the second-generation AirPods Pro.
What does this update bring?
As MacRumors discovered, Apple hasn’t provided a detailed changelog for this update; Its purpose is likely to fix bugs and optimize the performance of the headphones. Also, considering the many new features that came with the iPhone’s iOS 17 update, it is possible that this update will further stabilize these features.
How to update second generation AirPods Pro?
Although Apple has not specified a manual update process and you cannot initiate it yourself. According to Apple, “Firmware updates are delivered automatically when AirPods are charging and within Bluetooth range of an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.”
